Soap: we provide soap and soap is normally in the room. Our guest could have shared this with us and they would have received as many big towels as they wished. The towels: we have hand towels as well as big towels, beach towels and bathrobes! Probably, by mistake, there weren't any in the room, but it was just a mistake that doesn't even happen often.
